We first stepped foot into 507 S. Main St. in the spring of 2023. The building had old bones, dated everything, and a long list of projects that didn’t fit neatly into our busy life of parenting and running our seasonal restaurant, Iron Oak Barbecue Co.. But we believed in it. So we chipped away slowly, investing in the space year by year, fixing what we could, and dreaming about what it could become.

That dream led to Luv’s Café. A nod to the esteemed Luv’s Deli, a beloved local spot many still remember. We wanted to keep the location rooted in the same values: good food, good people, and a place that feels like home.

Today, Luv’s Café aims to be the neighborhood spot for commuters and locals alike, a reflection of the shore, of our family, and of the food we love.
